What "Open box" means
Our open-box items are customer returns and overstock from a major online retailer. Most come back for simple reasons: the buyer changed their mind, picked the wrong size or color, or opened the box and never used it.
The packaging may be opened or a little worn, but the item itself is in great shape. Anything damaged is pulled and never listed here.
What "New" means
Overstock that's still new. It just never made it to a store shelf.
Why the prices are so low
We buy returns and overstock in bulk and pass the savings on. The Retail price on each item is what it currently sells for new online, so the You save amount is the real difference.
